Respected sir i was to go to out of india. i wanted international roaming.for the purpose they asked me to deposit a sum of rs 3000/-.in Tata Indicom now i want to cancel the number but co is denying to refund my security money within number closing period.they are saying will refund in 60 days.very hardly they connected me to their higher authorities. this is totally force of the company.They do not want to return the security or why they are using my precious money when i have no customer relation with them.
