Axis Bank – Amount debited twice against the transaction

I booked the ticket online thought makemytrip on 18.09.2014, but amount is debited twice, only one transaction was received by merchant. other transaction was not credited in my account. further due to some reason the ticket was cancelled and ,merchant returned the transaction amount,during my complain, the Axis Bank banker informed me the you pay the amount and amount related the other transaction will be refunded within 120 days , on my followup after the received bill dated 10.03.15 amount should be refunded, but not refunded the amount I have raised the complain again (ref No.14235805) dated 23.03.2015, after then I have received the Email from bank care that We have to inform you that, the dispute transaction are out of time frame. Hence, charge back cannot be initiated on the same. We are trying to resolve the case by raising copy request on dispute transaction but not sure about resolution in favor of cardholder, now I am getting the calls from their recovery cell make the payment to avoid the CIBIL complain, but I have paid my actual liability.

My other transaction amount which is not returned by the bank should be refunded and charges raised by the banker should be waived off.
