Intex Aqua Mobile TouchPad Issues – Customer Service

Hello sirmadam Iam B.Ashok purchased Intex AQUA I7 mobile on 26 04 2014 .After that on september 2015 my mobile Touch and display was broken.After that I was visited Intex service center Nellore they said this mobile model is withdrawn from marketing by company so they not sending any spare parts so We don’t take your mobile for servicing.After I asked them if any company stopped the Particular model they must supplied spares to customers for minimum 2 or 3years as per act . why the company not supplying. The service center staff said we donot know contact company. After that I have mailed the Intex company somany times they responded go and give in service center . Finally they taken my mobile on December 9 from that date till not serviced till.some times they said spares not available so we will give new model mobile if you paid spare parts amount for that I accepted.after several time talking they offer me One mobile which cost in market is 5750 if I will pay 6000 I donot accepted for this model and I asked Intex GenX model they are not willing to give.Now they are saying we are arranging spare parts to old mobile .after that I asked why you are not done service from last 7 months even spares available. They are not answering for this. For this issue I visited Nellore service center more that 10 times from my village for called via mobile more than 100 times mailed 100 times and suffered psychologically for this issue . So I want complaint on them for fine and my expense of myne and fine for not done service in stipulated time.this is totally 31000 mobile cost 14500 my expenses for this 6500 fine 10000
