Dear sir, I am a insurance policy holder of kotak mahindra insurance. For last one and half year i am trying to change the nominee name from pooja sinha to puja sinha which original name of my wife but couldn’t change it Uptill now after submiting all the documents as been asked my agent. And also complaing to the insurance company i.e kotak mahindra insurance company but couldn’t change the nominee name from pooja sinha to puja sinha As per companies rules it can create problem to the nominee to claim the insurance if thus required. For this changing the name from pooja sinha to puja sinha is mandotary . Please i request you to look into this.
