I bought a new Intex cloud 4G Star mobile recently. Till now, I am facing network issues. There is no network available on both sim cards. How can I solve this problem. My parents were said that calls were not reach me. Please, solve this problem immediately.

Sir, I deposited my Intex Cloud Swift in your service centre near Ballupur Chock, Dehradun, PIN 248001 because its touch was not working properly . I submitted it on 11Jan2017 and they told me to come on 22of Jan….but sir till now they are just making fun of me…. everytime when i call them they give a another date..and the worst thing is that they even don’t use proper language, and everytime when I say i need my phone urgently please they strictly says ok thats your mobile you may go. Please help sir
