I have purchased a cell phone intex aqua i-5 on 04.04.2014 from local dealer, s.k. traders, kadma, Jamshedpur. Some how my touch and LCD was broken. I visited both the service centre at jamshedpur and ranchi for proper service, they told me that the necessary parts were out of stock. I am unable to use my cell phone for last 4 months due to unavailability of parts and poor service from your service centre. I advise people of Bihar not to BUY Intex mobile phones as they do not have proper service center nor spare parts available.

Intex Pattern Lock
My Intex cloud X3 mobile is locked by the pattern lock and I forgotten the pattern which is drawn. Please give any solution for unlock my mobile phone as your service center guys are not very helpful in this regard.
