I have taken a connection about a thre months ago with the number 8897900577. When I wanted to use it for the DND (Do not disturb) on the net it gave message that it is not a valid number. When I contacted 12118 also it said that it is not a valid number. I however contacted the 198 at option 4 and the executive says that the serial is verymuch there and he will check up. But when I opted for the internet today it said that Rs98 has been charged to my account and no further details came and it has not even been activated. I am led to believe that there appears to be som fraud played on the customer and in case if I donot receive a satisfactory reply I will be constrained to adapt legal proceedings against the Air Tel and the company will be squearel held responsible for all incidental and consequnetial damages. Take notice accordingly.
