I surrender IPTV connection in August,’2013 after one month company official came to my home and given me a receipt No. 6527 on Dtd. 21-9-2013 , towards STB Security Return Form. He also take setup box with accessories. The company official tell me to refund security money within 15 days. Also mention in the receipt. But till today I have not receipt the said security money . When I contacting to customer care No. and Company’s Jaipur Branch Person Mr. Mukesh , every time he tell me refund will be given next 7 days. I want to Refund my Security money with interest.
