I purchased dell vostro 3550 with IMEI/Serial No: 8W6TVS1 on 31st dec 2013 . The machine was suppose to have a warranty for 12 months from the invoice date of 02/01/2014 . But the machine as per the manufacturer is having warranty only till 11-11-2014.The seller who was sup[pose to get in touch with Dell India pvt Ltd is not responding since last 6 months

The machine is currently not working and would like to upgrade the warranty with Dell for 2 more years . I had been contacting the seller via email and phone but the problem has not yet been resolved till date.

I would like to avail the warranty for 12 months of provide me with the compensation . so that i can extend the warranty directly from dell from the current end date Nov 11 2014
