Samsung AC – Broken Under Warranty No Service

My split AC compressor is broken and it’s under warranty of 5 years. I contacted samsung customer care on 14th June (Complain number – 8452503XXX) about the same and the engineer came and checked the same and took back a copy of the bill on 16th June. I was told that the compressor will be changed in 2-3 days but it’s over 6 days now and still not received any promising answer about when the compressor will be changed. I can also provide the bill if required.

My son is 5 years old and in such a heat how difficult is for such a small child to live. Now he is having prickly heat rashes all over his body even on his eyes. It’s very sad to look my child in such a situation. Along with this my wife also suffering from stomach ache & urine infection due to excessive heat as AC not working and no one is providing any answer when it will be fixed. It is very pathetic how these product service is provided to the consumer.

I would like my compressor to be changed ASAP and also I would like Rs 10,000 against the mental and physical damages caused to my child and wife.
