irctc has de activated my personal id itzc54562 without any valid reason or warnings. i tried contacting them through mail and telephonic ally but they are of no help. kindly help me re activate my account. thanks and regards dinesh kumar +919097711022

all my booked,cancelled and failed transactions are gone. i cannot book railway tickets which is my right as an indian citizen.

irctc should activate my account(itzc54562) at the earliest.
