m/s SB Infrastructure – construct an illegal flat

i prashnatit pal buy flat from m/s sb infrastructure at march 12 and after cc(complete certificate from kolkata corporation) get position august 12.,a flat owner at m/s sb infrastructure developed project .address 93, bidhanpally ,garia, kolkata- 84.i informed to developer a lot of problem at your flat but he do not take any step. also at 30/03/2014 he came at my flat with 3-4 people (all was drank) at 12.30 am.and used slang language and beaten me. and told i will take legal step he do not take any step. so i inform to you that my problem…. 1. as per building sanction (no-327/2010 dated 11/11/2010) no existence of 7th flat but the developer construct an illegal flat after c.c from kolkata corporation. so developer do not provided any service room which is maintain at building sanction plain. 2. they sold me a car parking space which was not as per sanction plain. 3. developer agreement with land owner(relative to developer ) with respect to build up area but sold me super build area(after construction 7th flat reduce the this area).kmc mutation done as per agreement so same area flat different taxation rate. 4. electric wiring of flat and common area is not proper. 5. the materiel (marble) used of floor of my flat is not proper because the floor was cracked. 6. bathroom and kitchen wall both side was cracked

1.i will demand to return 140 sq-ft area price because after construction 7th 7th flat i can not get any benefit of super build up area. 2. change the defective marble. electric wiring is properly,. 3. reconstruct the defective wall. 4. car parking space as per building sanction
