i have purchased a liberty shoe through online from Bagit today .com on 23/03/14, they assured to deliver the product with in 7 working days, its now almost 16 days now , i have not received my product. i have contacted them many times but there response is not proper.

i have already paid 1099 for the product along with the shipping charges,due to this delay i have lost my image as it was a gift to my business partner,

my ordered product and a compensation for this delay and lack of irresponsibility and response
