I had purchased this 3G sim which i installed on my ipad air and was told by the salesperson that this is the best network. But to my shock the connection did not even work for a single minute and since then i have been contacting them but none has been resolved.

My work has suffered and i am in mental agony.

I want the sim to work or they pay me an compensation.
