Whirlpool – non cooling defective parts poor service

purchase on 24.05.2013.1st complain for non cooling and rectified(gas charged) on 19.09.2013.after that no use for further six months due to winter season.when started in march last again same complain and rectified (gas charged)on 30.03.14.again on 1st april same problem again i lodged complaint on 1st.april.reminder given on 5th april again reminder given on 9th april.as per them some parts are defective and parts are out of stock.now i want refund of my money.
cost of ac rs.30400/(rs.thirty thousand four hundred only)installation charges 800/ + reasonable interest.as ac is not working so i am in regular touch with ac service dept and in tension i am a diabetic patine with high bp it gives me full tention.

i want back my money with interest and reasonable compensastion for this type of hareshment
