i buy an air ticket IRCTC on 28.08.2014 with PNR no.KYJ56N for 31.12.2014 from guwahati to kolkata, on airport the flight autherty inform me that my ticket is not valid, after that i buy another ticket with higher rate, i inform IRCTC personal they return my money with which i buy the ticket. my complain is that why i pay i have to buy a ticket after having an legal ticket.
otal amount =2499+8398=10897.00, i already got 2499.00 i want 5899.00 more. pls. help me. i am attaching two tickets.
