ShopClues.com – Order cancelled without intimation

I ordered Samsung TV on 10th of Dec 2014 and the order was cancelled the same day by shopclues without intimating me. Though the order was cancelled they sent bill request to bank and the bank has charged me for that. After so many chase had word with supervisor(Asif and Rahul) on 12th Jan 2015.(Prior have everything on mail)and I was assured that refund will be made with2-3 days, and it has been a total of a month and half and refund is not made yet nor do I get any status from them, it is only when I call them or mail them I get the same response “We apologize for the inconvenience caused we would like to inform that due to some technical glitch in the payment gateway refund process has been delayed” and I getting this same answer since a month. want that shopclues refund the amount and compensate me with an amount of 100000 INR. I had to suffer so much for this and still am suffering and they are giving me mental harassment and having tension as refund is not made yet.
