I booked two way RESERVATION tickets (Ticket # 1 for Kanpur to New Delhi and then return ticket#2 for New Delhi to Kanpur) from irctc.co.in. 1.Train (shatabdi express) was late by almost 24 Hours. 2. My mother had to visit relative hospitalized but due to train delay she had to cancel the journey as no other train was available. 3. I filed the TDR online to irctc for both tickets for complete refund mentioning reason for complete refund. Interaction id is :1-4753445778 4. Irctc did not forward my request for TDR for both tickets even after my multiple request. As a result i got money deducted for one of the ticket with PNR # 2642305003. 5. I am still waiting for complete refund of the other ticket pnr #2314122999 for which TDR was filed. Complete refund for both the tickets as passenger had to cancel the journey (both tickets as we booked for go and return ) because of train delay and non availability of another train ticket in such scenario.
