PNR No: 6335130051 Transaction ID: 100000108903933 The above ticket for two people was booked on 2nd Nov 2014. But only one got confirmed on the date of journey. Consequently only one person could travel on that date. The ticket was booked online so the unconfirmed ticket would have been automatically reimbursed. But unfortunately it has not yet been refunded. I requested IRCTC to refund my ticket to which they did not provide me any concrete solution. I was not informed about filing TDR while I booked the tickets. No such information was provided me even after one of the tickets was not conformed. No one was ready to provide me a solution then. As advised by the IRCTC call center I did not take the other person along with me on the journey.
Due to non confirmation of ticket the other person could not travel with me. It cause me a lot of embarrassment as I was supposed to take the person at my expenses. Later the person made own arrangements to reach by air. It cause a lot of embarrassment to me. On top of that my money has not been refunded back.
