1 i hv reliance big tv with consumer no 200852010519.its on my wife name , barsha agarwal.in view of hud hud cyclone my dish was broken and i lodged a complaint on 30 Oct complaint no 226339776. No response came from reliance.on 18 Nov rs175 was deducted without rectifying problem. On asking customer care they behaved in a rude manner and told that i should consult their technician. But again no technician called.
This behavior and attitude of reliance big tv has disturbed my peace happiness and wastage of time. For 25 days i am waiting that someone will cm n rectify it. This has shattered the image of big tv. The rude behavior of customer care is totally uncalled for. My money is deducted without any reason. All this has disturbed me n my family to the core.
