I am to state that, On 29/07/2014 vide the subject mentioned order id; I ordered two units of ”BWSP B/W paw prints-small / Gardenia” and Rs. 648/- is paid online by HDFC Bank credit card through EMI mode on that date around 05:29pm. I have got confirmation SMS from HDFC Bank authorities regarding payment of Rs. 648/-.But on 06/08/2014 only one unit is received by speed post. On the very same day; I wrote to irctc regrading the inconvenience caused to me and some SAUMYA MISHRA, CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST; IRCTC SHOPPING PORTAL replied me with an e-mail on 08/08/2014 stating the following:- ============ The second unit of ”BWSP B/W paw prints-small / Gardenia” will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the fulfillment center. It will be delivered to you within 5 working days post dispatch. Please note, if dispatched via Speed Post, the order will be delivered within 20 working days. but since then in spite of repeated e-mails; nobody replied and neither the second unit of the product is received. I also claimed refund of the amount paid for second unit but that also fetched no response.
