Dear sir,

I had booked a ticket in train no 12313 using IRCTC,PNR No-2638739092 from Ambala to Howrah boarding at Delhi,3AC,DOJ-10.11.2015 at 7.00 AM.The ticket was wait listed.

On 09.11.2015 I received a SMS from IRSMSA at 8.28 PM that the above ticket is partially confirmed as P1-RC-B1-55 and W-1,2,3 for all remaining passengers as the chart was prepared.I decided to cancel my journey and filed TDR on 09.11.2015 at 10.00 PM. Since then I have been writing numerous mails(See the trailing mails)to IRCTC/Concerned zonal railway official,but nobody resolved the issue the refund is still awaited .Pl do the needful.
