I am a resident of Nar Vihar-1 ,sector -34 Noida . For the last 2 months I have been facing network problem in the area. There is virtually no signal inside the flat. However the moment you come out in the open ,the signal comes back . Either some tower has been removed from our area or there is some technical problem like weak strength of tower’s transmission. Most of the residents whom I know are facing the same problem . I also have conveyed my problem to the customer care many times but no action has been taken so far . I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by Airtel. I hope that some action will be taken soon.
