Dear Team, I am facing too much problems with my lenovo A6000+ phone. almost 7-8 times i already visited to your authorized service center located in nasik but still same issue occurring again and again but not satiable answer regarding this issue i got. Please find service history as below- 5-6 times software installation 1 time Main mother board replaced Due to software installation i already lose my too much data. Its really very unsatisfied performance by your company product which needs to be highlighted to your seniors. Request you to please provide permanent solution on my cel issue. either replaced it or refund. Still you are not able to resolve it then Consumer Forum(Telecom Consumers Complaint Monitoring System (TCCMS) will be the last option which i can opt for. Please do the needful and prompt revert expected. All seniors please look in to this seriously.
