IRCTC TDR Refund

TDR Refund I have not yet received the refund from last 4 months of PNR no : 4112515103 after several reminders and followup. The entire issue is related to IRCTC website error while cancelling the ticket. All references and respective error screen shots have been sent. I have only received the response that we are taking up the matter with Northern Railway and you will get refund… BUT WHEN ??? THREE MONTHS OVER!!!! I am writing and requesting every one on mail as well as making call to customer care nothing has happend so far. Being common men I want response from the Honourable Rail Minister as well as from the beloved Prime Minister. It was unfortunate part of mine, involving you all. This is due to irresponsible behaviour from IRCTC. You can check with IRCTC that I keep on communiucating more than 4 months and have not got refund. I keep on getting mail from IRCTC that we are taken the issues with respective Northen Railway Authority. When I have booked my ticket from IRCTC the IRCTC is responsible for the refund not any other authority. An the foremost issue is related to website issues due to which I could not able to cancel the ticket. On contacting Customer care of IRCTC they said you go for TDR and mentioned the website issue, you will get the refund. The all proof and frequent response are with me as well as with IRCTC. I request honourable ministers and head of the team (Prime Minister Sirjee) to look into the matter and resolve the issue of common and poor people of yours.
