With reference to the PNR number 2847914108 i would like to know you that i filled my TDR vide Transaction ID:100000223772733 andCancellation ID:100000050462337on dated 31.04.2015 at16:49:57 HRS but unfortunately that has been rejected from railway with the reason of:Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC/WL. Now i would like to know you that the day (31.05.2015) train 18238 Chhattisgarh Express was running almost 2:30 hours late from schedule time and it arrived at Jhansi (my boarding station) approximately on 16:15 HRS. As per the rule we have to filled TDR within two hours from the train actual departure time and i filled my TDR within the time than why it has been rejected from railway. My humble request to you to please reopen my TDR and refund my booking amount asap. My Details are: PNR No:2847914108 Transaction ID:100000223772733 Cancellation ID:100000050462337

i want that IRCTC refund my ticket amount after deduction of cancellation charges. or one of my passenger ticket was W/L so they refund at least that amount to me.
