Paytm – Default service promised non refund money

i was delivered a wrong product, and when i asked Paytm for a reverse pickup they did not initiate/inform me for non availability of the same till i contacted them after 7 days as per their policy terms. now they want me to spend further money and courier them the product back which i agreed to on condition that their senior manager confirm the refund post me couriering them the product. they haven’t called me nor is there any resolution to any of my coordination with them. they have withhold my money for 17 days now where in i cant use the product nor can i have my money

i want my money back along with the interest as per the existing market interest rate and if applicable i want any sort of apology from paytm for the service they have offered and the trouble they have put me into for the last 17 days
