Transaction No. 1000005 35667268 dated 19.06.2016 for train no. 12811 Rs. 3156 not materialised and amount not refunded. IRCTC complaint ID # 3626630 – Emailed to Priyank Garg & kirti lata & deepmala singh Executive customer care who asked for Bank statement in pdf format for proof and also asked for bank account number/ Debit card number which i used .. I also lodged a complaint with customer care of Punjab National Bank vide ref. M063276974 dated 25th June at 18.04 hours but no feedback is forthcoming and i am in dark as to what to do .
