Respected Sir/Madam,

I have bought Reliance Postpaid SIM. I have been informed that My plan is Jalsa599 plan and bill amount will be 599+ taxes.

But I received bill amount of 801.55 for the month of June. When I called Customer care, they informed me that the plan is now Jalsa697 and bill amount will be 697+taxes.

I liked the 599 plan and so only taken it. But now they changed my plan to 697 and asking me to pay 802 now.

I called to customer care, they said they accepted my request and will change my plan to 599 within 48 hours (Request Number – 248120296). But still plan not changed.

Then I escalated to applet authority and nodal officer also, but still I did not got any resolution. I received mail from Applet authority stating that “599 Plan is only available for only MNP customer only”, so they will not change the plan. I am okay with that, But I am asking it is impossible means why you taken request from me. And when i called customer care and said please disconnect my connection they said please wait 3 days sir, It will be resolved soon. but still not resolved.

Since the 599 is plan is very good, I referred three of my friends. My friends also facing the same issue and they are scolding me and our relationship is broken now. Due to this I am mentally pressurized. I am also working in Telecom industry, they are cheating me. Now I am afraid how common people will be cheated by them.

Customer care now not attending my call or putting on hold for long time. Kindly interfere in this issue and help me resolve the issue since issue exist for more than 1.5 Months,

It will be not reliance issue means, I bought this sim from one shop from tambaram, chennai. I also looped in this mail to the retailer mail id. Kindly help to out of this.

Hereby I attached all the mails communicated with Reliance team.
