I booked the ticket on 26 Aug 2014 for journey from Pipariya to Patna. I cancelled the ticket on 25td oct 2014 due to partial confirmation.But till now I have not received the refund amount for cancellation.I mailed IRCTC in this regard but no response from there. Even I called 139 but still the result was same. Please help me in this regard.

I need the full refund along with compensation.
