I had asked the travel agent to book Tatkal ticket for my parents from Bhopal to Kolkata on 16 Feb 2014.My parents are aged ( Senior Citizen) Father (65) Medically Unfit / Mother (58) . I had specially told teh agent that i want confirmed ticket , for which he perpared a ticket which had one confiremd and oone waiting list , as far as i know the Tatkal ticket is either confirmed or not confirmed , it does not has waiting list. when i was trying his number he had swithched his phone and then filed a TDR on the next day on 17th feb 2014 , it is a harasment to me and my family. loss of time money and as my parents had travlled alone it was a trouble for me mental harrasment to think also they travel in this situation.

i am looking for a justice, Hope to see justice and and get a proper closure on this case.
