SnapDeal – Non Delivery of Product despite full payment

I ordered Zuari star 2 door wardrobe(order number–1950594968 and Order Placed On :13-04-2014)on snapdeal site.I made the payment of Rs.11,691/= for this order. From 27-april-2014 their site started showing that my product is delivered,but,in actual,that product not received by me till date. I informed snapdeal customer care that product is not delivered to me and lodge a complaint. From 27-04-14 to till date,I sent a number of mails to snap deal and called them so many times. they didnot responded my mails,but,they lodged my multiple complaints regarding non-delivery of products. After One month,I did not receive my ordered product despite full payment in advance. Snapdeal’s attitude towards me is very arrogant and ignorant. They took my money,not delivered the product and showing delivered status on their website.

I want my ordered product to be delivered. Snapdeal should pay interest on my paid money, my phone calls bill and compensation for mental harassment.
