Dear All Domino’s Team

This is just a Reminder, as a Process of Consumer court final reminder by victim, as case is already registered in Month of Feb. (# 565909 ). I hope you’ll be getting letter from consumer court for further processing .

When I think of my case then I really get shocked that how come this company is running in pan India with no values & Ethics . Domino’s people are really insensitive about customers issues therefore no one even thought to understand the issue & tried to resolve & stepped ahead towards the customer delight experience .

One side you people are saying Issued coupon is fake & other side company employee (Ankur mehta 08802000637- Customer care manger) is saying , we’ll returned your money as per purchased coupon value & earlier the same coupon they accepted & entertained also. My simple fight is , If coupons are fake then how come company entertained earlier & now why u r not accepting the coupon but ready to return the Money.

Anyways , Now consumer court will decide what is the truth .
