Dear Sir/Madam, I had applied for passport in 2012. I Completed all the procedures required for the passport. It was dispatched through Speed post, below mentioned are the Details of my passport- It had been dispatched on 2012-06-27 through speed post. Passport No.: K61XX806 File No.: JP206 26021712 Tracking No.: ER239115092IN But still i did not receive my passport. I Visited to passport office, Jodhpur and Jaipur and Post offices also. But nobody is giving satisfactory answer. Passport Office says that they had sent the passport through speed post, it is not returned back to them(in case of undelievered)

So please check with Postal Department. Also postal Department is not giving information and they are saying to check with Passport office. Please tell me that who is responsible in such case? Does passport office have no responsibility once they dispatch the passport? whether it is delivered or not? Does Post office have no responsibility to handle such important documents and carefully deliver to concern person timely? I am mentally very harassed as it’s been two years but i am waiting for my passport. Please help me in getting my passport. I request you to look into the matter resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I want my passport or written communication from postal department that my passport is lost & can be re-issued.
