Hi, my father has sent some important document via DTDC courier at 23rd Feb and this courier agent has assured us that courier will be deliver in 24-48 hour to hyderabad, today is 28th and i’ve not received my document yet. Due to failure of delivery I’ve financial damage of around 30000 because of not submitting those document on time. I want to claim 30,000 INR from company which I’ve lost due to not delivery of courier.

Whomsoever it may concern, I am not getting any return reply from Vapi branch (Gujarat) executives. C/N no – Amd6142025 2 & half months completed still parcel didn’t reached at provided address.
