Sir I applied for Jio sim 20 days ago with my friends with proper documents verified by your officer from jio office itanagar, arunachal pradesh. Till now i have not recieved any message. But my frnd sim got activated.when i gave complain at jio office they told me i am not able to search your document it may be lost by us. My no is 7005300549. And they don’t show any response.
