Videocon Refrigerator – No Customer Repaid Services

On 28/Jun/ 2016 my refrigerator stopped working(No Cooling). Called the Videocon Customer Care on 022 39404040 Complaint # THA0207 160258. Waited days but didn’t get any service call. Hence called the customer care on 5/Jul/16. They asked to contact the Thane service center(022 60601756) with the complaint number. On 6th Jul 2016 technician arrived at my home. After 30 minutes investigation he said the gas should be refilled for which he quoted Rs.3100 + 600 SC, total of Rs. 3700. Receipt# 000315.

He collected Rs.1500 advance, called the service center on 022 60601756/ 7715991002 but they said the technician not available. On 17/Jul/16 the technicians arrived collected remaining amount. Next morning when I checked the refrigerator issue not fixed. On 20/Jul/16 they sent another technician, he opened the refrigerator while it was connected to power. Few minutes later heard a blast noise from the refrigerator and the entire house power went off. The PCB was off. The technician left place in 5 minutes stating the fan has to be replaced. On 21/07/16 i called Customer care to update about the situation but they told me to call Prashanth Salunkhe-AM 0n 7039041103. Informed him about the issue but he took Rahim Shaikh from the service center in conference call. He said the technician did not create the fan issue but it was not working at all. On 23/Jul/16 they sent a technician to replace the fan. Service call# THA1407160781, Receipt# 000338, amount Rs.1100. But issue not fixed. Called the service center on 24/Jul/16 and informed them about the situation. They said they will send the technician, but did not happen, even called Prashanth but looks like not responsible to attend the call. I call everyday to send the technician but my call ignored till date.On 5/Jul/16 i Called Atul Ponkshe-PSM on 7738366544. Even after speaking to him till today the issue not fixed. Please help me.

Please fix the refrigerator issue and they service should know their duty. Its been more than 1 month i running behind this issue and the issue still not fixed. The Area manager and the PSM also not doing their job.
