Sir, i have purchased lyf phone with Jio 4G sim when it is launched,and i have got 3 months plan with unlimited voice and data with 4G speed. Now it has passed one and half month and the data 4g which i m using, even 2g is more faster than your 4g sir. I have purchased this phone with sim,not get from your relience store with free cost jio sim with unlimited data and voice so that u apply one day 4gb 4g and after 2g. so do resolve my issue my jio sim no. is 70147 28639.

There is very less Jio 4G internet speed around 50 kbps and my Jio VoLTE calls don’t connect to other operators telecom network. Kindly resolve it ASAP.
