Sir/Madam my friend had bought Lenovo Laptop from PAYTM (e-commerce website)last year. Recently,there is some problem occur in it. Since it was in warranty, so, we go to Lenovo Customer Care for its repair. They told us this laptop’s origin is UAE(United Arab Emirates) and it is not from India. So, we cannot repair it.

We want PAYTM to give us laptop’s Indian version. They should be fine with huge amount because they have done this large number of people across country.
