Jabong.com – Non receipt of Products

I have ordered a product on 30th Oct’ 14 in Jabong.com through net banking (Order No: 141030630997349). Expected date of delivery given in the website was 13th Nov’ 14. I had not received the product on 14th Nov’ 14 also. So I had registered a complaint on 14th itself on the same issue with Jabong (Complaint Id: 12817784). When I called Jabong on 19th Nov’14 to know the status, I was told that the complaint against ID: 12817784 was closed even without any acknowledgement from my side. I again logged a complaint (Id: 13019931) with jabong for the same on 19th Nov’ 14. Till Today (25-11-2014), there is no response from Jabong to address my complaint. They have been stating that the product has been delivered. Since I didn’t receive my product, I have asked for the POD (Proof of delivery) and they have not shared those details with me.
