Vodafone – Bill Shock – Unable to Track Usage

I took a Vodafone corporate connection that should cost 375 INR every month.Now Vodafone does not allow to check the balance voice minutes or text and again when I want to check if I am getting charged for anything extra the call center advisory ask me to wait until the bill is generated.I they don’t allow me to track my usage then I cannot control my usage as I will not know how many minutes is remaining.The current month I have paid Rs 1333 and I am really scared as what would be my next bill.I am very unhappy as it has hampered my budget and the call center is good for nothing.

I want Vodafone to be transparent with the bill where I should not be asked to wait until the bill is printed to know the actual over charges and I want the refund of the exes amount I have paid and I want compensation for the inconvenience and the mental harassment.
