I booked to send my Santro zing car no. DL-4C-AJ-4457 through Jai Ganesh Packers & Movers on 14-02-2014 by paying advance by cash of RS. 1350 out of agreed amount of rs. 17000. At the time of handing over the vehicle, they didn’t provide me total bill but recipt of RS. 13500 was given to the driver. On 27th of feb I got a call for bill of rs. 27691/- by putting insurance amount of Rs.4500 and rs. 3046 as service tax which was not mentioned during the negotiations. Not he is saying he won’t give me my vehicle back and will not transfer the vehicle too if I don’t pay the whole amount. please take an action against Mr. Rajesh and his associate.

Action against Mr. Rajesh to pay the compensation of Rs. 2 lakh for grievances caused, for delaying the transporting the vehicle and damage caused to vehicle.
