I had placed the order of micromax canvas A110 battery to portamart. I have received the item but it is not working and on checking in micromax showroom they replied that it is not original. hence my mobile cannot detect it. I had sent a mail regarding it but no one is replying. even on calling the number no one is answering. I am having doubt that they are providing duplicate items.

I have already paid the money for consignment, and still I am not able to use the item. I am not able to attend or make call from mobile using the battery delivered by portamart. I want my money back because I do not believe in the items sold by them, and moreover I want to inform to micromax company that some company are selling duplicate items to destroy their brand value.
