Dear Sir,

We had 9 Fixed Deposits of total Rs.8.22-lac with M/s Jaypee Infratech Ltd. All FDs matured before April-2016. However, till date the company has paid principal of only 3-FDs of Rs.2.20-lac while 6-FDs of Rs.6.02-lac are still pending. More over the company has stopped payment of interest on all FDs from the respective date of maturity. While the payment received for 3-FDs was also 12~13-months after the due date but without the interest for the delay period.

The company does not respond to any mail.

Please take up the matter for early resolution.
