My Jio 4G user no :70069 04891

Respected jio team,, my happy new year data renews at around 12:20 am in night.But on 20/3/2017 when i checked my jio data balance in my jio app it showed me that you have consumed all your daily data limit at 12:42 am on 3/20/2017.I didn’t use single megabyte of my data and in single minute whole 1 gb got deducted.this is impossible. ! There is some problem. Please check it. Please provide me full details.
