Dear Sir, I had booked a flight on Jet Airways and selected the option of domestic travel insurance on 18-June-2016. Later, I realised that a domestic insurance will not be needed and I contacted ICICI lombard to cancel my insurance. On 7th July, my insurance is cancelled and I have been notified that my refund will be done as soon as possible. Despite repeated follow ups, I have not been refunded and finally when I wrote I will take legal action, a customer service manager, responded that the issue has been escalated. I am facing a mental trauma to get my money back. I am attaching the email communication log with ICICI Lombard for your reference.
