OneAssist Mobile Insurance – Claim Not Given

Sir, I have purchased a MI 5 mobile handset on 2nd June 2016 fo Rs 24999. As an optional feature, an insurance plan for protection against theft , physical damage and Software errors called MI protect( handled by One assist Consumer Solutions Private Limited) was also purchased for Rs 699. My handset fell on the floor and screen was broken on 28th june 2016. I have lodged a complaint with the One assist portal on 28h june 2016. I was asked to submit the proof of purchase ,damage to the handset and government identity proof. I had submitted the required documents on 29 th june 2016. Upon inquiring with the one assist team, i was assured of handset pickup in 72 hours. Thereafter, every time i call they say; sir please wait for another 48 hours or 3 days.I have already talked to their senior supervisor 10 times.Each time an assurance for redressal is given. Now they are saying that your pin code is not serviceable and we will send a box for you to seal the cell phone and sent it to us. The response of the customer care executive is hostile and i have been put on hold for half an hour at a stretch. kindly follow up with the one assist team for an early resolution.
