Subject : Complaint Against JET AIRWAYS service failure to Senior Citizen on 2nd November 2014. I refer to my travel from Jet Airways from Kolkatta to Udaipur on 2nd November 2014 via Mumbai vide my PNR no AHVRCJ wherein ground staff of Jet Airways had treated badly and in burdensome way to us at Kolkatta Domestic Airport as a result of which I missed my flight and have faced lot of difficulties in terms of Mental stress and monetary loss despite of my reporting to Boarding Pass and Baggage counter on schedule time. I have to state the facts of case as under :- 1) I have reached to Jet Airways boarding pass counter at 8.15 pm approx. on 2nd November 2014 at Kolkatta Domestic Airport for commencing my first journey from Kolkatta to Mumbai.

9) I have incurred overall monetary loss of Rs 60000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) a) On Cancellation Of Jet Airways Ticket : Rs 14074 b) On New Booking of Indigo Airway Ticket (Kolkatta to Mumbai) : Rs 29600 approx. c) Food & Night allowance during stay at Kolkatta : Rs 3500. d) Booking of Mumbai to Udaipur (Still Pending) : Approx Rs 15000/- I would urge you to make detail enquiry at Kolkatta Airport by taking out footages of 2nd November 2014 with timing at Kolkatta Domestic Airport at approx 8.00 am in order to enable to give proper justice with regard to genuine Retired Senior Citizen who had faced difficulties because of Jet Airways Kolkatta Staff and suffered both mental stress and monetary loss.
