I am using a sony xperia e1 dual bought from mobile store golpark on 28/5/14. From past 5 days i’m facing charging problem as most of the time my handset cannot detect charger.. So i visited sony service center garia station road but they refused to accept my phone as they are telling that some minor sweat has gone inside the charging area so it would be chargeable if they repair my phone. After thinking on this issue logically and practically i can tell you that each and every handset goes through minor sweat on daily life style of every human being .Including you me and every one sweats, so its a basic sense that minor level of sweat can go inside the phone. But you cannot claim these a water logging issue.. I have just gone through your terms and condition on my phone manual but i didn’t found any conditions of sweat logging. I would request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible as because i’m soon going to inform this to the consumer grievance.

i was told by sony that their service officer will call me but no one has called me yet from last 1 month… i have all the evidence on my mail sony told me that my handset is sweat damage…but in their terms and condition its been written than until and unless the liquid indicator is pink in color…the warranty is not void.
