i bought a new micromax phone. it was a defective piece. i took that to service center. they submitted that phone and promised to return within 12 days. after days i did not get my phone back. i called them and they again promised me to return again 20 days. after 20 days they again saying for 20 days. i am facing too much difficulty.

i am facing too much difficulties..and question is that after two month what will i do with that phone?? there will only be 10 months of warranty period.
